Phase 1 - initiation;
involving in-depth consultation with the client to establish commission objectives and constraints; in particular, functionality, design direction, timetable and budget. This information is used to formulate a clear and coherent working brief.
Phase 2 - design and planning;
encompassing the working brief and culminating, through further client consultation, in finalized designs and specifications (including materials, fixtures and finishes), technical drawings, a schedule of works and a schedule of fees.
Phase 3 - production and installation;
directed by design and planning, employing a highly skilled team of cabinetmakers, working from the workshop and, for fitted installations, on-site. (During production, the client is always welcome to visit the workshop to observe the progress of their commission).
Phase 4 - monitoring and control;
In conjunction with production and installation, making sure design and planning is adhered to and successfully achieved; keeping the client consulted and updated throughout.
