Phase 2 - design and planning;
encompassing the working brief and culminating, through further client consultation, in finalized designs and specifications, technical drawings, a schedule of works and a schedule of fees. (As part of design and planning, zpt can provide fully qualified structural engineering and architectural services and assist with building control and planning applications).
Phase 3 - execution;
directed by design and planning, employing a cohesive and highly skilled team of trade professionals (including Corgi registered heating engineers and NICEIC registered electrical engineers), supported by an extensive data-base of reliable product suppliers and service providers.
Phase 4 - monitoring and control;
in conjunction with execution, making sure design and planning is adhered to and successfully achieved; keeping the client consulted and updated throughout.
